TYPE OF REGISTRATION
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION
*Registration for EAHN2022 is a flat fee for the entire conference. EAHN does not charge a membership fee, and is fully supported by the income generated by its conferences. By registering for EAHN2022, you directly support EAHN.
Registration deadline for chairs and speakers: March 20
Registration fees include:
- Documentation and access to scientific sessions and keynote lectures.
- Complete printed programme with abstracts summary.
- Digital Proceedings.
- Catering. Lunch box and coffee services (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday).
- Certificate of attendance.
- Certificate of participation (only speakers and participants in the Interest Groups meetings).
- Attendance at the opening and closing reception.
- Mid-day tours (limited places by strict order of request).
Note: the Gala Dinner and Sunday tours are not included in the registration fee. The opening of registrations for free tours and other fee-paying activities will be duly announced to all registrants, who will be able to add them to their registration at their convenience thereafter.
All authors of the papers must pay the registration fee, even if only one of them presents the paper. Otherwise, the paper cannot be presented at the conference and will not be published in the proceedings.
To attend the conference, you must complete the online form, as well as make the payment before the end of the period indicated for each rate.

You can choose the payment method that suits you best at the end of registration.
Through the booking form on the Conference website.
All registrations received before April 18, 2022, must be paid before this date. After seven days from the end of the registration period with a reduced fee (April 18), the pending payment enrolled must pay the amount indicated in the 'late registration' rate section.
Any pending difference must be settled before June 6, 2022. Otherwise, it will be necessary to pay the pending amount upon arrival at the conference venue, waiting to verify the payment.

You must send a copy of the transfer by email to email@example.com or by fax to +34 915 178 789 indicating:
- PURPOSE: Conference (7th Biannual Conference of EAHN) and the Chair (Ana Esteban-Maluenda).
Once the deposit was checked, the confirmation of registration will be notified by email.

All cancellations or changes of name must be sent in writing and with acknowledgement of receipt to the Technical Secretary of the conference by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Cancellations received before 06/05/2022 included will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the registration fee. 35,00 euros of management expenses will be applied.
- Cancellations received after 06/05/2022 no assistance will not be entitled to a refund.
The reimbursement of cancelled services, if applicable, will be made once the conference ends.
Changes of name
Up to 06/06/2022 you can make changes on the name of the registration without cancellation fees; provided that the Technical Secretariat is informed in writing: email@example.com. As of 07/06/2022 the change of name will not be possible.
